Sprint Planning - what additional information needs to be completed for Iteration 2

• Emphasis on the backlog of what needs to be completed

• Big picture idea for the sprint

Story Points

• Need to be completed for each of the tasks

• Level 1 - 3 allocated to each of the tasks. 1 being very low difficulty and 3 being high difficulty. These are going to be subjectively judged based on our criteria - add this to the Project planning page.

Priority

• Logical explanation of priority definition was more refined to include information on the soft deadlines.

• This can all be found in the Project planning page - structure into a table format - to ensure that it is very clear and concise to read. Well though out. Highest priority should be very few tasks ~ where every member can stop what they are working on to help out for this topic. Otherwise should stick with medium priority - if its just needed for the iteration.
