Problem being solved

Creating and distributing UBL 2.1 invoices can be difficult and time consuming.

Target audience/ consumer base

Small business owners who need to send out invoices but may not have the technical knowledge to create and send them themselves.

Value being provided to user

Our product will allow users to create invoices quickly, meaning they spend less time on admin and will create a better experience for their customers as it will provide professional looking invoices.

Problem being solved

A service that small business owners can use if they don't know how invoicing works. That allows them to just provide the required information and an invoice will get generated, sent and rendered.

 

User Stories

As a business user, I want the product to be accessible and understandable so that I can easily use the software.

As a business user, I want the product to be aesthetic and a good colour scheme so that I enjoy using this product.

As a business user, I want to be able to see my invoice in an easily readable format so that I know what I have created, or what I am sending.

As a stakeholder, I want to see the overview of the invoice product, so that I can decide the value and worth of investment.

As a business users, I want the web app to be fast and efficient so I can spend minimum downtime making and sending invoices.

 

Use Cases

  1. Create an account with a valid email, username and password.

  2. Log in with username and password.

  3. Create an invoice with all required inputs.

  4. Send created invoice
