Level 1 - 3 allocated to each of the tasks. 1 being very low difficulty and 3 being high difficulty. These are going to be subjectively judged based on our criteria - add this to the Project planning page.
Priority
Logical explanation of priority definition was more refined to include information on the soft deadlines.
This can all be found in the Project planning page - structure into a table format - to ensure that it is very clear and concise to read. Well though out. Highest priority should be very few tasks ~ where every member can stop what they are working on to help out for this topic. Otherwise should stick with medium priority - if its just needed for the iteration.
